Loading a heavy duty stapler is not as hard as it sounds. It can, however, be a very tedious process for a person who doesn’t know how to go about the process, and this is why we have put this article together to guide anyone into the loading process of heavy duty staplers. It is, however, good to note that Rayson staplers are some of the best in the heavy duty stapler industry. It would, therefore, be a grave error to purchase a heavy duty stapler without considering a Rayson model before all else.
The process of putting staples into a heavy duty stapler is highlighted step by step below; if you follow them, you should be able to put staples in any heavy duty stapler (except of course, in exceptional cases).
• Raise the Staple Mechanism of the stapler
The staple mechanism has a handle typically at the back of the stapler and is a long bar that runs through the stapler. To release the staple mechanism, you’ll need to push its lever after which it would become easy to lift the mechanism. When the Staple mechanism is released, one then gets access to the staple compartment of the heavy duty stapler.
• Put heavy duty staples in the staple compartment of the heavy duty stapler
The releasing of the staple mechanism will enable you to get access to the staple compartment of the stapler. The staple compartment is where heavy duty staples are fixed for the operation of the stapler. Then you can put as many staples as the compartment can contain in the staple compartment.
• Reload the staple mechanism
The staple mechanism is what empowers the heavy duty stapler drive the staples through, it is, therefore, essential to reload its spring-loaded bar after the staples have been inserted in the staple compartment. Reloading the staple mechanism can be as easy as pushing a button.
